Happy New Year, everyone! As we welcome 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on the past year, share some highlights, and let you know what you can expect from Chris Hazell Mortgages in the year ahead.
A Look Back at 2024
Last year was a fantastic year for us! The mortgage market showed some much-needed improvement, with interest rates coming down, which made it easier for many of our clients to achieve their goals.
We also had the opportunity to grow our team. Alongside myself, we now have Nathan, a mortgage and protection adviser, and Fiona, who has been doing a fantastic job with administration. Fiona is also training to offer protection advice, and we’re excited for her to step into that role soon.
Exciting Plans for 2025
As we step into 2025, my focus is on consistency and growth—not just in the business but in how we connect with you. One of my main goals this year is to be more active and consistent on social media. With the help of Fiona and Nathan taking on more responsibilities, I’ll have more time to focus on creating videos, engaging with you online, and working on marketing initiatives.
I’m also thrilled to announce plans to bring back the local business podcast. It’s been a great platform to showcase and support local businesses, and I’m excited to get back to it. So if you’re a local business owner, keep an eye out—I might be reaching out to feature your story!
While we’re not planning to grow the team significantly this year, our focus will be on building brand awareness in Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, and the surrounding areas. It’s all about continuing to serve our clients while making an even bigger impact locally.
